Calabasas Cake & Cookie Company was founded in 2011 in Calabasas, California by Marlene Luterman. After spending 30 years in the clothing industry, Marlene wanted to exercise her creativity in new ways, and she saw a unique opportunity inside the upscale cookie industry. Knowing that people are always on the hunt for new indulgences, she conceived the concept of a treat inside a cookie – a “stuft” cookie.
Marlene teamed up with leading edge culinary industry scientists to create her delectable flavor combinations and cookie formulas. The Ultimate Stuft Cookie® is a decadent cookie stuffed with a surprise inside. One bite and you’ve just tasted the most delicious, scrumptious cookie experience of your life and we believe it has the potential to revolutionize gourmet baked goods.
